Privacy Policy
Last updated June 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information WaiverPad collects and how we use it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to deliver your document.
1. Information we collect
- Document details you enter (business name, representative, address, state) — used to generate your PDF and passed into the payment session.
- Email address — used to deliver your document and receipt.
- Payment information — collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Basic usage analytics — aggregate, privacy-friendly metrics about page visits and conversions, with no sale of personal data.
2. How we use it
We use your information solely to generate and deliver your purchased document, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Processors we rely on
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — storage of our clause library and order records.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — hosting and aggregate analytics.
4. Data retention
Your generated PDF is not stored — it is assembled on demand and discarded. We retain a minimal order record (session id, email, amount, the details you provided) for fulfilment, support, and accounting.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your order record, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact us via the contact page.
6. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
