Terms of Service
Last updated June 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WaiverPad (“WaiverPad”, “we”, “us”), including any documents you generate or purchase. By using the site or buying a document, you agree to these Terms.
1. What WaiverPad provides
WaiverPad sells lawyer-drafted document templates (liability waivers, consent forms, and related releases) that you customize with your business details and download as a PDF. We provide templates, not legal advice, and we are not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the site.
2. Not legal advice
Laws vary by state and change over time, and your circumstances are unique. You are responsible for determining whether a document is appropriate for your use, and you should have it reviewed by a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before relying on it. We make no warranty that any document will be enforceable or fit for a particular purpose.
3. Purchases and delivery
Documents are sold as one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. On successful payment you receive an immediate download of the clean, unwatermarked PDF and a copy by email. We do not store your generated PDF; it is assembled on demand from the data you provide.
4. Acceptable use
- Use documents only for your own lawful business purposes.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or republish our templates or clause library.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Intellectual property
The clause library, templates, branding, and site are owned by WaiverPad. On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated document for your own business. All other rights are reserved.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service and documents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaiverPad will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the document at issue.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Questions? See our contact page.
