Our guarantee

If a document you purchased is not what was described — it failed to generate, the wrong template was delivered, or your customized details were not applied — we will issue a full refund. Just reach out within 30 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

• Email us from the address you used at checkout via the contact page.
• Include your order/receipt reference (from your Stripe receipt or confirmation email).
• Tell us briefly what went wrong.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

What isn’t covered

Because documents are delivered instantly and are digital, we generally cannot refund a correctly-generated document simply because it is no longer needed, or because it was not reviewed by your own attorney before use. The free preview is provided precisely so you can verify fit before paying.
